Youth Work Ireland Week takes place from 5th – 12th April. Our Youth Projects have planned a  range of activites with young people across the week

 

SHY CYP – UBU Project – St Johns Park 

08/04 Our Community, Our Strenght Collage with Girls Group age 10-11

10/04 Youth Voice Pop Up Collage with Girls Group aged 12-13

11/04 Hands of Unity Mural with mixed Gender Group aged 10-12

 

Manor CYP – UBU Project -Manor Street 

06/04 – Yarn Bombs with LGBTQ+ Group aged 14-17

08/04  Handy of Unity LGBTQ+ Group AGED 10-13

09/04 The Story of Us –  Young women aged 15-17

11/04 Heart of Youth Work with Young men aged 11-12

11/04 Our Community, Our Strenght Mixed group aged 10-11

 

MY CYP – UBU Project – Lisduggan 

05/04 Community Family Day Connection between the young people, elderly, other community groups, external agencies and more within our community. We will come together in planting a community tree orchard of plums and pears etc to create sustainability in the community. We will then all meet for artwork, crafts and community fun in our parish centre

07/04 Creativity through painting of rocks with powerful messages and positive words. Putting them into our community to leave messages for others to find

09/04 Hands of Unity” Mural young girls aged 10-12 years

07/04-10/04 Hands of Unity. Mixed gender groups ages 10-18 yrs.

 

Cluain Meala CYP – UBU Project- Clonmel, Co Tipperary

10/04 Our Community Our Strength Collage: ChillOut 14-17

 

Cahir CYP – UBU Project – Cahir, Co. Tipperary 

11/04 Hands of Unity.  Mixed gender group aged 16-18 yrs 

 

SWAY YDP – St Johns Park 

10/04 – Empathy Mapping

 

Waterford Youth Information Centre, Manor Street 

Empathy Mapping – 13-15yr Mixed gender early school leavers Younglings group will explore empathy and Youthwork
