Baltic & Irish Group leadership Youth Exchange

Over 40 participants from four countries Finland (Youth Services of Kuopio), Lithuania (Round Tabel of Youth Organizations Klaipeda), Germany (Regional Youth Council of Schleswig-Holstein and district youth council Stormarn) and Ireland (WSTCYS). Great group leadership training, we covered topics about goals of youth work, youth work in participants countries, communication, conflicts in groups and many others. Young leaders from projects across WSTCYS enhanced their skills in Youth Leadership and Intercultural learning through this week long training group.

Great fun, entertainment and learning in just one week. We worked hard but also have great fun.
