Here for Youth

Erasmus+ Signs of Life Youth Exchange

This summer, young people from Ireland, Armenia, Spain, and Bulgaria came together for two unforgettable weeks of adventure, friendship, and intercultural learning.

The first part of our exchange kicked off in beautiful Woodstown, with facilitators Varsik & Giulia leading the way. We dived into all kinds of activities—games, science challenges, podcasting, and coastal adventures—all while exploring the “signs of life” around us.

Evenings were just as special: each country hosted intercultural nights filled with music, food, dancing, and stories from home. By the end of the week, we weren’t just participants—we were a big international family.

In August, the adventure continued in Kamchia, Bulgaria. It was amazing to reunite with familiar faces and welcome some new ones too. This time, with facilitators Varsik & Rosa, we took on exciting challenges, swapped languages, shared mythical stories, and even swam in the Black Sea!

From trying out new skills to discovering each other’s cultures in fun and creative ways, this leg gave everyone the chance to grow, laugh, and connect even more deeply.

The Signs of Life Youth Exchange wasn’t just a project—it was a journey of friendship, culture, and unforgettable memories. This project was made possible through Leargas Ireland and funding from the European Commission.
