Farronshoneen Youth Music Festival
Farronshoneen Centre hosted the hugely successful Farronshoneen Music Fest on the July bank holiday. Featuring 3 in-house bands, Ruin(ed), Funkophonic & Squire, the event was attended by 92 Young people and created a positive, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere. The Music Fest provided a fantastic opportunity for our young people to showcase their talents and to show off their centre. The event was only made possible through the generous funding from Cruniu na nÓg & Ardkeen Library, our amazing volunteer team, the wider Farronshoneen community and the equipment graciously lent by the Manor Youth Centre. The night was the first of its kind in Farronshoneen, and its success highlighted the desire for more events like it in the future. We would like to thank all involved and all who attended, and we look forward to seeing everybody again in the future.
