Here for Youth

The Inner Voice Erasmus+ Training Programme

From May 2nd to 9th , an awesome training course took place in Woodstown—and it was packed with energy, learning, and a whole lot of good vibes.

The aim? To help youth workers feel more confident, calm, and connected when working with young people. And trust us, they didn’t just sit around and take notes—they played, explored, and tried out all kinds of cool activities that helped them stay chill even in tricky situations.

They got to learn from two amazing trainers—Kristina Castronovo and Joris Wagemakers—who guided everyone through this inspiring (and super fun) journey.

Most of the action happened in beautiful Woodstown, where beach walks and salty sea air added to the chill vibes. But it didn’t stop there—they also went on little adventures to waterfalls, cliffs, and even took a trip into downtown Waterford! There, they had a voice session and learned to sing a group song (yes, full-on choir mode!).

One of the biggest highlights? The intercultural night! Everyone danced, shared fun facts about their countries, and even tried to pronounce some very tricky Irish names (with lots of laughs along the way).

Each day ended on a high note—with chill-out activities like karaoke, traditional music concerts, and loads of bonding time.

In the end, the training brought together a fantastic mix of people from across Europe aged 19 to 74, all learning, laughing, and connecting in a seriously unforgettable way.
