WSTCYS AGM
On Wednesday, 10th June, our AGM took place in The Park Hotel, Dungarvan. The event was a celebration of all the work achieved by our organisation in 2025. Our new Board was elected, with Dylan Roche holding the role of Chairperson for the coming year. The Annual Report was shared, which highlighted the work across the many sectors of WSTCYS.
When the AGM was completed, we celebrated our Volunteers through our Volunteers Awards. The awards are a small recognition of the dedication and work our Volunteers give to the communities throughout the year. There were three categories – Junior Volunteer of the Year, Adult Volunteer of the Year and Club Volunteer of the Year. Congratulations to all the nominees and the winners.
This year, in line with our strategic plan, our staff were recognised. Members of staff with 5+, 10+ and remarkably 20+ years of service were awarded a small token to celebrate their contribution to the ongoing success of WSTCYS.
