Youth Leader Training in Farronshoneen Centre
Farronshoneen UBU Centre Project recently held Junior Leadership training. 10 young people completed the training, 9 of which are current members. Junior Leader training is a great way for young people to get involved in the planning and delivery of the summer programme while upskilling and harnessing their own skills while building confidence. It is great for younger members to see this developmental pathway within their project.
